How do Day Swappers get rewarded?
In order to earn rewards, Day Swappers need to perform the following three major tasks:

Encourage Time Traders to build communities and introduce more new members to their communities.
Day Swappers will be rewarded on a monthly basis in accordance with their position in theDay Swappers Influence chart and the contributing of their circle.
The Day Swappers Influence chart contains 8 different levels, starting with level 0 of those who add less than 5 new subscribers in a month.
As the number of subscribers added by you in a month increases, so will your position in the influence chart. For example, Day Swappers at level 1 (who have added 5 or more subscribers in 1 month) are eligible to get 20% rewards from the Day Swappers pool. The more subscribers you add, the more rewards you can earn from this affiliate program.
Members at the highest levels can also get Leadership bonus, depending on their level of contribution.
Day Swappers are rewarded based on their performance, which is determined by the number of new subscribers they add and the amount of trade performed by them in a given month. Rewards are given only to Active members, who perform time trade worth of 1000 ES each month.
How do I claim my Day Swappers rewards?
Rewards to the eligible Day Swappers are automatically released and distributed every month through TimeAllt DApp.
Based on their time trade & affiliate activities, Day Swappers can claim up to 12.5% of the NRT (Nealy Released Token) pool. These tokens are automatically distributed among the active Day Swappers according to their position in the Influence Chart.
Another thing to know here is that not all the rewards are given in liquid tokens to the members. To maintain a healthy supply-demand dynamics of ES token in the market, the TimeAlly contract releases 50% of rewards in liquid tokens, while the other 50% tokens are vested in TimeAlly on behalf of particular members.
